Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Miami Executive Airport

Job Type: Full-time, including weekends

Job Description: We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Miami Executive Airport. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all customers, including pilots, and airport personnel. The role requires a person with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist students in a courteous and professional manner

  • Answer inquiries and provide information about the accounts, flight schedules, and other related information

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner

  • Coordinate with maintenance personnel and managers to ensure smooth operations

  • Handle cash and credit card transactions for training and other related services

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety and security policies and procedures

  • Answer customer calls and facilitate scheduling

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
