The application is built around three required components:

2. Complete the application form at stratus.finance/scholarship-2026, which includes two short essay questions covering motivation for an aviation career and the impact the scholarship would have on the applicant's education.
3. Create and post a short video between 30 and 60 seconds, sharing what flying to success means to the applicant. Posts must be public and tagged with #FlyToSuccess and #StratusFinancial.

Only one entry per applicant is permitted.

 Making A Strong Application 

The most competitive scholarship applications share a few qualities. Essays that tell a specific, personal story tend to stand out far more than general statements about a love of aviation. The video does not need to be a cinematic production. Clear audio, good lighting, and an honest message carry more weight than heavy editing.
