Aviator Zone Academy's Inspiring Day at Miami Executive Airport
Aviator Zone Academy had the privilege of participating in an exciting event at Miami Executive Airport, hosted by Miami Dade College. The atmosphere was buzzing with enthusiasm as high school students eagerly moved from booth to booth, soaking up knowledge from various vendors.
Our team was thrilled to engage with these young minds and share our passion for aviation. We had the opportunity to give presentations to groups of students, planting the seed of aviation in their hearts. It was incredibly rewarding to see their eyes light up with curiosity and excitement as they learned about the possibilities that a career in aviation can offer.
Throughout the day, we connected with many students, answering their questions and providing insights into the world of flying. Our goal was to inspire them and show them that their dreams of becoming pilots are within reach. We hope that one day, we will have the chance to help them along their journey and see them soar to new heights.
We were also excited to see airline recruiters at the event, including Republic Airways, who provided valuable information about their cadet program. Attendees learned about everything from hiring and pay to interviewing tips directly from the people who conduct the interviews. They also received advice on how to become more competitive candidates in the aviation industry. The highlight was seeing one of our very own alumni and past instructor, Victor Feliz, giving the presentation and sharing his experiences.
The event was a fantastic success, and we are grateful to Miami Dade College for hosting such a wonderful opportunity for these students. Events like these are incredibly important for aspiring aviators. Getting in front of airline recruiters and industry professionals can be very valuable, providing insights and connections that can shape their future careers.
